About Us

The Stout REAA was founded in 2018 when recent graduates felt as through they weren't staying connected nor continuing to develop new Stout relationships after they graduated from the REPM program.  The association is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a vision of growing as the more quality students continue to graduate from UW-Stout and begin furthering the real estate industry with their education.  

As a hub for networking and knowledge exchange, the association has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of UW-Stout real estate alumni. Through regular events, workshops, and mentorship programs, members have the opportunity to stay updated on industry trends, share experiences, and build valuable connections. The association's dedication to fostering a strong community of real estate professionals reflects the university's commitment to producing graduates who not only excel in their careers but also contribute meaningfully to the field..

The association hosts 4 to 6 annual events including perianal events including the Golf Scramble, TopGolf, and a night out at the ball park. Throughout the year we will also host the current REPM upper-class students for a dinner following their property tour for the Capstone Class.  We also look forward to various member hosted property tours and happy hours throughout the year.
